Have left my dogs there for at least two decades... They're very patient with the older special needs dogs I have had to bring to them and also with the "on his own time lab golden attitude"
Archer always looks and smells amazing after being groomed.

My husband and I have left our dog Dakota in their expert and capable hands many times. You can tell when you walk in that it's a happy place. The staff truly loves dogs; they go above and beyond. Dakota also gets her bath there and she smells so clean and fresh and not in an artificial way which happens at a lot of other places. I have recommended them to every dog owner I know. I'm so happy I found them.

Was looking for a place not too far from our new home. My Pom Max had been going to the same place for almost 9 years. I was a bit nervous myself going to a new groomer for the first time but that all changed as soon as I walked through the door. The staff so friendly and actually happy to be at work! All were so kind and professional! Max looks fantastic and we will be making Richlene his new home away from home.

I leave my dog and cat there when I go on vacation and it's the best the staff and care is outstanding. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I am very picky about who watches my furbabies and I completely trust them. Thanks to everyone who cared for my Mia and kushy bear.

My groomer was Leah and she did absolutely amazing job with my toy poodle.. she did the bear haircut and she looks amazing and would definitely recommend them definitely go back again!!!

We had our dog, Chloe, groomed at Richlene for the first time today. Leah spent a lot of time listening to what we would like and making suggestions for the best care of our dog. She came back with the best groom she’s ever had. Leah was so good with her. We will definitely be back!

Leah is professional and keeps up with current grooming styles. My poodle looks stunning and always gets compliments. Leah is careful to notice any health changes with my sweet pup. I love the flexible drop off/pick up policy that fits my work schedule. I highly recommend Leah and Richlene kennels.
